“Thank you so much for hosting, we had an amazing time! Beyond how delicious the food was, one of our favorite parts was the pace that our server brought out each course. We nibbled on the flatbread while we waited for everyone to arrive. The apps came out right away, and I loved how they brought out one at a time instead of all at once. It felt very luxurious, like it was 12 courses instead of 3. There was a nice long pause to digest before the entrees arrived. After we finished, there was no pressure to leave right away.
